动态压井钻井智能化配浆系统在“梦想”大洋钻探船的测试应用

达0.015 g/cm³,最大排量达400 m³/h,不仅可满足深水、超深水浅表层作业需求,还可进一步拓展应用于深
层钻进压井作业重浆的储备和快速调节,保障钻井全流程井控安全。
In view of the well control challenges in deep-water shallow drilling, such as high-pressure shallow gas, shallow water, and narrow pressure window, as well as the limitation of insufficient space on in-service drilling vessels, this paper proposed an intelligent self-feedback modular mud mixing system for dynamic kill drilling to achieve the rapid regulation and control of wellbore pressure during drilling by adjusting drilling fluid density in real time. The system integrated multi-source real-time data acquisition, intelligent mud mixing control algorithms, and multi-stage high-efficiency mixers and was installed on the “Mengxiang” ocean drilling vessel independently developed by China. The field test verification results indicate that the fluid density regulation response time is< 30 s; the control accuracy reaches 0.015 g/cm3, and the maximum flow rate reaches 400 m3/h. It can not only meet the requirements of shallow and surface-layer operations in deep and ultra-deep waters but also be further expanded and applied to the storage and rapid adjustment of heavy mud for well killing operations in deep drilling, ensuring the safety of well control operations throughout the entire drilling process.
