管道、海底生产系统四大海洋油气工程装备,全面综述了各装备长效腐蚀防护技术体系的应用现状与技术特
点,涵盖涂层防护、阴极保护及监测预警等关键技术;最后,结合当前发展瓶颈,展望了未来海洋油气工程装
备腐蚀防护技术的发展方向,可为后续腐蚀防护技术研发与工程应用提供参考与借鉴。
The marine environment is highly complex and strongly corrosive, easily leading to the corrosion failure of offshore oil and gas engineering equipment, which may trigger equipment faults, production interruptions, and even safety accidents. Therefore, the development and application of long-term corrosion protection technologies remain a core research focus in the field of offshore oil and gas engineering. This paper systematically described the core characteristics of the marine corrosive environment and summarized the core requirements and technical indicators of Chinese and international standards and specifications related to corrosion protection. Focusing on four core types of equipment: FPSO, jacket, subsea pipeline, and subsea production system, it comprehensively reviewed the application status and technical characteristics of long-term corrosion protection technology systems for each type of equipment, covering key technologies such as coating protection, cathodic protection, and monitoring and early warning. Finally, considering the current development bottlenecks, it forecasted the future development directions of corrosion protection technologies for offshore oil and gas engineering equipment, providing a reference for subsequent corrosion protection technology research and development and engineering application.
