水网地区大口径油气长输管道自动焊施工技术研究

- 水网地区独特的地质条件对大口径长输管道全自动焊施工构成严峻挑战。基于江苏水网地区管道工程实践和关键施工技术,研究提出了针对不同地貌的设备通过性解决方案,建立了基于地形复杂度的机组优化配置模型,并通过工艺评定和全过程质量控制有效管控了焊接缺陷。应用结果表明,该技术体系保障了焊接一次合格率超过97%,工效显著提升,为水网地区管道自动焊施工提供了可靠借鉴。
The unique geological conditions in water network areas pose significant challenges for the fully automated welding construction of large-diameter and long-distance pipelines. Based on the practical experience from pipeline projects in the Jiangsu water network area, this paper systematically studied the key construction technologies. It proposed equipment passability solutions tailored to different terrains, established an optimized crew allocation model based on terrain complexity, and effectively controlled welding defects through procedure qualification and whole-process quality control. Application results demonstrate that this technological system ensures a first-pass welding qualification rate exceeding 97%, with significant efficiency improvements, providing valuable insights for automated welding construction in water network areas.
