- 针对车装钻修井作业中电网容量不足导致的发电机组运行效率低、动力成本高及碳排放严重等问题,提出“网电+储能+柴油发电机组”协同驱动的混合供能解决方案。基于优化理论设计了智慧混合能源管理系统,实现了多能源协同调控与动态优化发电机组投入数量,有效解决传统方案因按最大冲击负载冗余配置而导致的功率失配问题。现场应用表明,该系统通过多能源协同智能控制与柴油发电机组高效运行区间调控,显著提升了发电机组运行效率,作业动力成本降低30%以上,同步减少碳排放并缓解环境污染。研究成果构建了车装钻修井作业“经济-环保”双优运行新范式,具有突出的节能减排效益和广阔的应用前景。
To address the problems of low operating efficiency of generator sets, high power costs, and significant carbon emissions caused by insufficient grid capacity in truck-mounted drilling and workover operations, this paper proposes an innovative coordinated solution integrating grid power, energy storage, and a diesel generator set. Utilizing a smart hybrid energy management system designed based on the optimization theory, the solution enables coordinated regulation of multiple energy sources and dynamically optimizes the number of generator sets in operation, effectively resolving the power mismatch issue inherent in traditional solutions due to redundant configuration for maximum impact load. Field applications demonstrate that through intelligent multi-energy coordination control and efficient operational range regulation of the diesel generator set, the system significantly improves generator set efficiency, reduces operational power costs by over 30%, decreases carbon emissions, and mitigates environmental pollution. This research establishes a new “economic-environmental” dual-optimization paradigm for truck-mounted drilling and workover operations, showcasing remarkable energy-saving and emission-reduction benefits with broad application prospects.
