在役天然气管道邻近爆破施工的差异化振动控制标准研究

- 随着我国基础设施建设的快速发展,新建隧道、路基等工程爆破施工邻近在役天然气管道的现象日益普遍。工程爆破产生的振动与冲击等有害效应对邻近天然气管道的安全运行构成威胁,如何确定爆破振动控制参数是此类工程的关键技术难题。结合相关实际工程案例,系统分析在役天然气管道在不同敷设方式(埋地、隧道穿越)下的抗震特性,通过理论计算与现场爆破试验相结合的方法,研究管道的动力响应规律。基于此,提出针对埋地管道、隧道穿越管道、桥梁跨越管道及附属阀室的差异化爆破振动安全控制阈值,并优化最大单段起爆药量等施工工艺参数。研究成果可为类似工程建设项目与管道保护提供技术参考。
With the rapid advancement of infrastructure construction in China, blasting construction in newly built tunnels and subgrades are increasingly carried out adjacent to in-service natural gas pipelines. Engineering blasting-induced vibration and impact pose severe threats to the operational safety of natural gas pipelines, and the determination of blasting vibration control parameters has become a key technical problem. Combined with practical engineering cases, this paper systematically analyzes the seismic performance of in-service natural gas pipelines under two typical laying modes (buried and tunnel-crossing). The dynamic response characteristics of pipelines were investigated through theoretical calculations and field blasting tests. Accordingly, differentiated safety control thresholds of blasting vibration were proposed for buried pipelines, tunnel-crossing pipelines, bridge-spanning pipelines, and affiliated valve chambers, and key construction parameters such as the maximum charge per delay were optimized. The research results can provide important technical references for similar engineering construction projects and pipeline protection.
