- 在海洋资源深度开发过程中,海底管道的安全运行至关重要,但由于海洋环境复杂恶劣,管道易出现各类结构损伤及失效问题。为增强管道水下稳定性,通常设置混凝土配重层,以提升其整体稳定性与抗漂浮能力。然而,维修作业中破拆配重层的传统方式存在诸多弊端,且市场上缺少该类作业的专用设备。通过理论分析与实验研究,研发出一种多管径通用型海底管道配重层破拆装备,可适配多种管径海底管道配重层的破拆作业。该设备填补了市场在专用高效破拆装备领域的空白,为海底管道配重层的维修提供了新的技术解决方案。
In the deep-sea development of marine resources, the safe operation of submarine pipelines is critical. However, pipelines are prone to various issues due to the complex and harsh marine environments. To enhance underwater stability, pipelines are often equipped with counterweight layers, typically made of concrete, which improve stability and anti-flotation capability. Traditional methods for removing these layers during maintenance have significant drawbacks, and there is a lack of specialized equipment in the market. This study combined theoretical analysis and experiments to develop a multi-diameter universal counterweight layer demolition equipment for submarine pipelines. It is adaptable for the demolition of the counterweight layer on pipelines of different diameters. The proposed equipment fills the gap in the market for efficient and specialized solutions, providing a new approach for maintaining submarine pipeline counterweight layers.
