- 为系统评价海洋石油模块钻机的安装调试质量,采用德尔菲法构建相应的评价指标体系。通过文献研究、专家访谈、德尔菲咨询等方法,最终构建了包含人员、材料、机械、方法、环境5个维度共25个指标的评价体系。专家咨询结果表明,专家积极系数为100%,专家权威系数为0.84,肯德尔和谐系数为0.53 (P<0.01)。工程应用验证表明,该体系能有效提升质量管控精准度与评价效率。所构建的指标体系可为海洋石油模块钻机安装调试质量的系统评价与科学管控提供参考依据。
To systematically evaluate the installation and commissioning quality of offshore oil modular drilling rigs, the Delphi method was employed to construct a corresponding evaluation index system. Through literature review, expert interviews, and Delphi consultations, an evaluation system comprising 5 dimensions (personnel, materials, machinery, methods, and environment) with a total of 25 indices was ultimately established. The expert consultation results show that the expert response rate is 100%, the expert authority coefficient is 0.84, and the Kendall’s coefficient of concordance is 0.53 (P<0.01). Engineering application verification demonstrates that this system can effectively enhance the precision of quality control and evaluation efficiency. This index system provides a reference basis for systematic evaluation and scientific management of the installation and commissioning quality of offshore oil modular drilling rigs.
