- 海洋平台的金属屏蔽环境对无线监测系统的可靠运行构成严峻挑战,存在数据传输可靠性低、关键参数易缺失及异常工况响应滞后等问题。提出一种融合双模自适应传输技术与风险预警管理的在线监测系统,通过构建Wi-Fi与433 MHz无线通信的冗余协同机制,实现复杂舱室环境下的高可靠数据传输。现场试验表明,所提出的在线监测系统显著提升了作业参数采集的完整性、传输稳定性及风险响应效率,可为海洋油气工程智能化管控提供创新性解决方案。
The complex metal shielding environment of offshore platforms poses severe challenges to the reliable operation of wireless monitoring systems, resulting in core problems such as low data transmission reliability, loss of key parameter data, and lagging response to abnormal working conditions. In response, this paper proposes an online monitoring system that integrates dual-mode adaptive transmission technology and an intelligent risk early warning model. By constructing a redundant cooperative mechanism for Wi-Fi and 433 MHz wireless communication, the system achieved highly reliable data transmission in complex cabin environments. The deployment and verification on an offshore platform showed that the system significantly improved the integrity of operation parameter collection, transmission stability, and risk response efficiency, offering a novel solution for the intelligent management and control of offshore oil and gas engineering.
