- 中俄东线长江盾构隧道工程面临高水压、薄覆土条件下的毫米级沉降控制等严峻挑战。项目实施中创新性地采用了泡沫混凝土填充技术,该技术依托“制浆-发泡-搅拌-泵送”一体化智能装备,利用泡沫混凝土优异的流变性、轻质性与自密实性,对隧道空间进行有效填充。工程实践表明,泡沫混凝土填充技术成功解决了“密填-控沉”这一核心难题,保障了隧道的长期稳定。在系统总结该技术从实验室到工程实践应用创新成果的基础上,解析其技术原理与施工工艺,长江盾构隧道工程所形成的技术和实践经验,可为未来大型穿越江海盾构隧道的工程建设提供可靠解决方案与关键技术支撑。
The Yangtze River Shield Tunnel Project of the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline Project faces severe challenges such as millimeter-level settlement control under high water pressure and thin soil cover conditions. During implementation, the tunnel project innovatively adopted foam concrete filling technology. This technology utilizes an integrated intelligent equipment system of “slurry preparation-foaming-mixing-pumping”leveraging the excellent rheological properties, lightweight characteristics, and self-compaction ability of foam concrete to effectively fill tunnel spaces. Engineering practice demonstrates that the foam concrete filling technology successfully resolves the core challenge of “dense filling and settlement control”ensuring long-term tunnel stability. Based on a systematic summary of innovative achievements from laboratory to engineering application, this paper analyzes its technical principles and construction process. The technical expertise and practical experience gained from the Yangtze River Shield Tunnel Project can provide reliable solutions and key technical support for future large-scale river- and sea-crossing shield tunnel projects.
