06Ni9DR钢作为液化天然气（Liquefied Natural Gas，LNG）储罐的关键材料，其焊接质量直接决定储罐的安全性、稳定性及长期运营效果，是LNG接收站质量控制的核心环节。以唐山LNG接收站应急调峰保障工程为研究对象，通过文献分析法，明确焊接过程中面临的裂纹、电弧磁偏吹等技术难点，并从事前、事中和事后三个阶段，针对性提出人员准入、材料剩磁管控、焊接工艺、现场监控、无损检测、闭环验收等质量管控措施。措施实施后，唐山LNG接收站储罐焊接质量显著高于工程预期目标，验证了相应措施的有效性。该套管控措施可为LNG储罐06Ni9DR钢焊接的质量管控提供实践参考。
06Ni9DR steel is a key material for liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tanks. Its welding quality directly determines the safety, stability, and long-term operation effect of the tanks, which has become the core link to guarantee the overall project quality of LNG receiving stations. Taking the emergency peak shaving project of the Tangshan LNG receiving station as the research object, this study employs literature analysis to identify technical challenges encountered during welding, such as cracking and arc magnetic blow. Targeted quality management measures were proposed across three phases—pre-welding, during welding, and post-welding—covering personnel qualification, residual magnetism control of materials, welding procedures, on-site monitoring, non-destructive testing, and closed-loop acceptance. Following implementation, the welding quality of storage tanks in the Tangshan LNG receiving station significantly exceeds project expectations, validating the effectiveness of these measures. This set of control measures provides practical reference for quality control in welding 06Ni9DR steel for LNG storage tanks.
