- 立方型状态方程在石油石化行业工艺计算中应用广泛,尤其是雷德利希-邝(Redlich-Kwong,RK)方程、索阿韦-雷德利希-邝(Soave-Redlich-Kwong,SRK)方程、彭-罗宾森(Peng-Robinson,PR)方程常用于实际气体焓差求解。然而,现有文献中焓差求解公式形式各异,在排除焓差参考状态差异的影响后,发现部分文献中的公式不完整,甚至有错误。在对国内外具有代表性文献调研的基础上,以RK方程为例完成焓差公式的推导和形式统一,同时给出了SRK方程、PR方程的焓差推荐公式。首次将国内外相关文献中的焓差公式进行了相互转化和统一,指出并纠正了既有公式中的错误。研究成果可为流体热物理性质的精确计算提供便利,也可为后续相关领域研究提供技术参考。
Cubic equations of state are widely used in process calculations within the petroleum and petrochemical industries. Particularly, the Redlich-Kwong (RK) equation, Soave-Redlich-Kwong (SRK) equation, and Peng-Robinson (PR) equation are commonly employed to solve enthalpy differences of real gases. However, the formulas for calculating enthalpy differences in existing literature vary significantly in form. After eliminating the influence of different reference states for enthalpy differences, it is discovered that some of these formulas are incomplete or even incorrect. Based on a comprehensive review of representative domestic and international literature, this study derives and standardizes the enthalpy difference formula with the RK equation as an example, and further provides recommended formulas for enthalpy difference calculations using the SRK and PR equations. This work represents the first effort to systematically convert and unify enthalpy difference formulas from various sources, identifying and correcting errors in previously published equations. The results not only facilitate accurate calculations of thermophysical properties of fluids but also provide a valuable technical reference for future research in related fields.
