浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)上部模块装船运输技术在支墩结构、自行式模块车(Self-Propelled Modular Transporter,SPMT)配置、运输工艺等关键环节需开展深入研究。通过分析常规装船方案在潮汐适用性、支墩安装效率及SPMT滞留时间等方面的问题,创新性地提出二次顶升运输装船方案。实施结果表明,优化后的装船固定结构及改进的运输工艺显著提高了装船效率,降低了运输风险。研究成果不仅解决了FPSO上部模块装船运输技术难题,也可为其他海洋装备运输装船作业提供新的实践参考。
To address the technical bottleneck in the load-out and transportation of floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) topside modules, this study focuses on the grillage structure optimization, self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) configuration improvement, and transportation process innovation. Through in-depth analysis of the limitations of traditional load-out schemes—such as tidal adaptability, efficiency in grillage installation, and the risk of SPMT retention—an innovative two-stage jacking, transportation, and load-out scheme is proposed. The research demonstrates that optimized load-out fastening structure and refined transportation process significantly enhance load-out efficiency and effectively mitigate transportation risks. This study not only provides a reliable technical solution for load-out and transportation of FPSO topside modules, but also offers valuable practical insights for the transportation and load-out of other marine equipment.
