- 以E51环氧树脂和丁基缩水甘油醚活性稀释剂为主体,通过添加球状及鳞片状锌粉,并进行有机-无机杂化处理,成功制备出一种环氧富锌底漆涂料。对该涂料进行耐中性盐雾测试,系统研究实验过程中涂层表面及截面的形貌演变及电化学行为变化,深入分析其耐腐蚀性能机理。研究结果表明,所研制的涂层具有较强的耐腐蚀性;但随着浸泡时间的延长,涂层内部会出现新的多孔通道,涂层对基体的保护作用会逐渐减弱直至失效,因此,仍需通过配方优化与工艺改进,进一步延长涂层的耐中性盐雾腐蚀寿命。
An epoxy zinc-rich primer coating was successfully prepared by using E51 epoxy resin and butyl glycidyl ether as the main components, adding spherical and flaky zinc powder, and undergoing organic-inorganic hybridization treatment. The coating underwent neutral salt spray resistance testing, and the morphology and electrochemical behavior changes of the coating surface and cross-section during the experimental process were studied to analyze its corrosion resistance mechanism. The research results show that the developed coating exhibits strong corrosion resistance. However, as the immersion time increases, new porous channels will appear inside the coating, and the protective effect of the coating on the substrate will gradually disappear. Therefore, further optimization of the formulation and improvement of the process are still needed to extend the corrosion resistance time of the coating to neutral salt spray.
