连续油管配合套管压裂技术在埕岛油田深层勘探中的应用

- 埕岛油田东斜坡东营组储层具有埋深大、压力高、储层渗透率低的特点,需通过储层改造方可获取高产油流。前期勘探井因压裂规模受限,改造效果欠佳,且施工效率偏低。为此,在借鉴陆地页岩油气压裂技术的基础上,分析了海上平台实施连续油管配合套管压裂的技术可行性,并将其应用于现场实践。在CBA9井试油作业中,通过连续油管实施井筒处理,结合分段桥塞多簇射孔联作技术展开分段压裂,有效提升了压裂规模和施工效率,为该区域的勘探试油工作积累了宝贵经验。
The Dongying Formation reservoir in the eastern slope of Chengdao Oilfield is characterized by large burial depth, high pressure, and low reservoir permeability, requiring reservoir reconstruction to obtain high-yield oil flow. Previous exploration wells had poor reconstruction effects due to limited fracturing scale, and the construction efficiency was relatively low. Therefore, based on learning from onshore shale oil and gas fracturing technologies, this paper analyzed the technical feasibility of implementing coiled tubing combined with casing fracturing on offshore platforms and applied it to field practice. In the well testing operation of Well CBA9, wellbore treatment was carried out through coiled tubing, and staged fracturing was conducted in combination with the operation technology combining segmented bridge plug and multi-cluster perforation. This effectively improved the fracturing scale and construction efficiency, accumulating valuable experience for exploration and well testing work in this area.
