- 现阶段海上油气开采平台的电能供应主要采用两种方式:一是通过自建透平发电机组或电站平台供电;二是借助独立的电力动力平台实现电力输送。以埕北油田CEPC中心平台(CB-CEPC平台)为研究对象,探索一种国内首创的“油气生产+岸电供应”平台共建模式,即将高压输电设备与油气处理平台集成建设,再通过高压海缆引入岸电。围绕高压输变电技术开展研究,重点分析高压区域输电设备的电缆封堵和防火阻隔技术,详细阐述了电缆、电缆桥架、槽盒及散热器油管的封堵方案,以期为后续平台电力系统的设计、建造及营运检验提供实践参考。
At present, the power supply for offshore oil and gas extraction platforms mainly depends on two methods: One is to supply power by utilizing self-built turbine generator sets or power station platforms, and the other is to achieve power transmission by relying on independent electric power platforms. Taking the Chengbei Oilfield CEPC Central Platform (CB-CEPC platform) as the research object, this paper explored a pioneering domestic platform co-construction model of “oil and gas production + shore power supply”. Specifically, it involved the integrated construction of high-voltage transmission equipment and oil and gas processing platforms and then the introduction of shore power through high-voltage submarine cables. Research was conducted on high-voltage power transmission and transformation technology, with a focus on analyzing the cable sealing and fire division technologies for transmission equipment in high-voltage regions. The sealing schemes for cables, cable trays, trough boxes, and radiator oil pipes were elaborated. This research provides practical references for subsequent design, construction, and operation inspection of the platform power system.
