- 海上设施的接地线对防止触电及火灾事故至关重要，接地检查是验船师在海上设施建造和营运检验阶段的重要工作。然而，现有规范对接地线连接的细节要求不够明确，给现场检验工作带来困扰。以《海上固定平台安全规则》《海上移动式钻井平台构造和设备规则》等规范为基础，结合验船师现场实践经验及相关技术标准，系统梳理海上设施的接地检验技术。可为验船师的现场工作提供实操参考，对于保障海上设施接地系统的可靠性与安全性具有重要意义。
The earthing wires of offshore installations are of vital importance in preventing electric shock and fire. Earthing inspection is an important task for surveyors during the construction and operation inspection. However, the current rules and codes do not provide clear details about the connection of the earthing wires, which causes difficulties during inspection for surveyors. Based on Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platforms, the Code for the Construction and Equipment of Mobile Offshore Drilling Units, as well as the working experience of the surveyors and relevant standards, this paper first systematically reviewed the earthing inspection techniques for offshore installations. The earthing inspection techniques summarized in this paper can provide practical reference for surveyors and help ensure the reliability and safety of the earthing systems on offshore installations.
