- 近年来,随着海上固定平台智能化进程的加速推进,网络安全风险日益凸显,相关安全事件呈频发态势,已对平台的安全生产、人员生命和生态环境构成严重威胁。鉴于此,以海上设施系统设备的网络安全风险应对为研究对象,展开针对性分析研究。一方面,系统借鉴国内外陆上已成熟的网络安全标准与规范;另一方面,深度总结海上网络安全事故的经验教训。在此基础上,针对海上设施网络安全的薄弱点进行剖析,提出了一系列技术防控手段和程序管理措施。研究成果可为海上固定平台的核心安全需求提供坚实保障,为海上设施制造企业在产品设计与生产环节提供实践指导,还可为操作人员的运维培训工作提供参考依据。
In recent years, with the accelerated advancement of the intelligentization of offshore fixed platforms, cybersecurity risks have gradually become prominent, and maritime cybersecurity incidents have shown a frequent trend, posing severe threats to the safe production, personnel safety, and ecological environment of platforms. In view of this, this paper took the cybersecurity risk response of offshore facility systems and equipment as the research object to conduct targeted analysis and research. During the research process, on the one hand, it systematically drew on mature domestic and foreign onshore cybersecurity standards and specifications; on the other hand, it provided an in-depth summary of the experience and lessons from maritime cybersecurity accidents. On this basis, it analyzed the weaknesses of offshore facility cybersecurity and finally proposed a series of technical prevention and control methods and procedural management measures. These research results can provide solid support for the core safety needs of offshore fixed platforms, offer practical guidance for offshore facility manufacturers in product design and production links, and also serve as a reference for the operation and maintenance training of operators.
