- 埕岛油田作业平台在同一井场反复插拔桩作业,会对海底土层造成剧烈扰动,导致高扰动地层的力学性质发生显著改变。常规插桩分析方法因未充分考虑此类地层的特殊性,对高扰动地层插桩深度预测偏差问题频频发生,直接影响平台就位的安全性与可靠性。为提高插桩分析结果与实际工况的吻合度、降低平台就位风险,通过计算插桩区域土层及桩靴的极限承载力,对比分析承载力计算结果与实际插桩入泥深度之间的误差,并深入探究误差成因,提出针对性改进措施。研究成果可为后续类似高扰动地层中的插桩作业提供精准的入泥深度预测依据,进而为平台安全高效作业提供技术支撑。
In Shengli Chengdao Oilfield, repeated pile insertion and pullout at the same wellhead causes severe disturbance and damage to the subsea soil layers, significantly altering the mechanical properties of the highly disturbed formations. Due to insufficient consideration of their unique characteristics, the conventional pile penetration analysis methods frequently yield inaccurate predictions of penetration depth in such formations. This directly compromises the safety and reliability of platform positioning. To improve the conformity between pile insertion analysis results and actual working conditions and reduce the risk of platform positioning, the ultimate bearing capacity of the soil layer and pile shoe in the pile insertion area was calculated. A comparative analysis of the errors between the calculated bearing capacity and actual penetration depth was conducted. The cause of these errors was further explored to propose the targeted improvement measures. The research findings provide an accurate prediction basis for penetration depth in similar highly disturbed formations and offer technical support for safe and efficient platform operations.
