- 玻璃钢管凭借其优异性能在海洋平台中得到广泛应用。在某固定平台的材料验收检验中,发现该类管材存在一定质量缺陷,为此,从玻璃钢管防火夹克层分层、管道机械损伤及管道局部变形3个方面,深入开展缺陷产生原因分析,并针对性提出具体处理方法。实践表明,这些方法可以有效解决上述常见缺陷,对保障管道系统的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义,也为现场检验人员后续开展检验工作提供了实用参考。
Fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes are widely used in offshore platforms due to their exceptional properties. However, during the material acceptance inspection process for a fixed platform, quality defects were found in the fiberglass reinforced plastic pipes. A cause analysis of defects was conducted from three aspects: the layering of the fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe’ s fireproof jacket, mechanical damage to the pipeline, and local deformation of the pipeline. Specific treatment methods were proposed to effectively address common defect issues, ensuring the safety and reliability of the pipeline system. This analysis provides reference for on-site inspectors in future survey.
