摘要:: 基于渤海湾近期海上浮托安装作业经验，以桩腿对接单元安装过程中安装精度和焊接质量的把控为核心，梳理了需要重点关注的检验要点和安装难点，深入探讨了第三方发证检验机构批准的设计图纸规格书等参考依据的具体要求，并结合实际工程项目提出了具体解决办法，可为今后同类项目的检验工作提供参考思路。
Based on the recent experience of offshore float-over installation operations in the Bohai Bay, this paper focuses on the control of installation accuracy and welding quality during installation of the leg mating unit (LMU). It sorted out the key inspection points and installation difficulties that need to be emphasized, probed into the specific requirements of relevant standards, specifications, and other reference documents, and put forward specific solutions combined with actual engineering projects. This study aims to provide reference ideas for the inspection work of similar projects in the future.
