- 随着国内外海洋油气资源开发的不断深入,作为油气资源输送主要载体的海底管道建设项目日益增多,对海底管道施工技术、方法及铺管船性能的要求不断提高,施工方案需从技术可行性、经济性及工期等因素综合考虑,确定最优方案。围绕滩浅海海底管道施工技术展开系统研究,详细阐述了海底管道铺设的关键技术和方法,包括S型铺管船法、海底管道焊接、立管安装、海上水平口连接、海底管道登陆、后挖沟及海-陆定向钻等核心施工工艺及技术。研究旨在为海底管道施工提供技术支持和指导,为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考进而提高海底管道施工效率和质量,保障海底管道安全稳定运行,为海洋资源的开发利用提供有力支持。
With the continuous deepening of the development of offshore oil & gas resources, the submarine pipeline projects, as the main carriers for the transmission of oil and gas resources, are increasing day by day. The requirements for the construction techniques, construction methods, and the pipe-laying vessel capabilities are constantly improving. Factors such as technical feasibility, economy, and construction period need to be comprehensively considered to develop the optimal installation plan. A systematic study was conducted on the construction techniques of submarine pipelines in the shallow sea. The key techniques and methods for the submarine pipeline laying were elucidated in detail, including core processes and techniques such as the S pipe-laying method, pipeline welding, riser installation, above water tie-in, submarine pipeline landing, post-trenching and offshore to onshore horizontal directional drilling. The research aims to provide technical support and guidance for the techniques of submarine pipeline construction, and offer references for research and practice in related fields, thus improving the efficiency and quality of submarine pipeline construction, ensuring the safe and stable operation of submarine pipelines, and providing solid support for the development and utilization of marine resources.
