圆筒型FPSO吸力锚海上安装技术分析

- 与船型浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)相比,圆筒型FPSO具有各向同性、无需随风向旋转等特点;在满足作业安全和边际油田生产要求的前提下,其吨位更小且投资额更低。然而,目前中国南海海域尚无已投产的圆筒型FPSO,也缺少此类结构吸力锚海上安装的相关资料。为此,以南海某深水油田二次开发项目中的圆筒型FPSO为研究对象,通过详细阐述吸力锚海上安装流程,分析其贯入数据,总结现场检验要点。研究成果可为类似圆筒型FPSO吸力锚系泊系统的海上安装提供有价值的参考依据。
Compared with ship-shaped FPSOs, cylindrical FPSO units exhibit isotropic characteristics and eliminate the need for weathervaning. They feature smaller tonnage and lower capital investment while meeting operational safety requirements and production demands for marginal oilfields. However, there are currently no operational cylindrical FPSOs in the South China Sea region, and relevant literature on the offshore installation of suction anchors for such structures remains scarce. This paper took a cylindrical FPSO in a deepwater oilfield redevelopment project in the South China Sea as a case study. It summarized key inspection points by detailing the offshore installation process of suction anchors and analyzing penetration data. The results can provide valuable references for the offshore installation of similar cylindrical FPSO mooring systems with suction anchors.
