- 为了在保障结构安全的前提下,科学合理地挖掘平台疲劳强度潜能,进而延长平台的服役年限、提升海洋油气田开采的经济效益,以某海洋平台为研究对象,深入分析影响海洋平台疲劳寿命的关键因素。研究结果表明,结构的疲劳损伤主要由若干与响应谱峰值周期接近的主贡献海况所致;优化平台方位角可有效改善疲劳寿命;局部构件尺寸增大未必能提升节点疲劳强度;波浪谱和S-N曲线的选择对疲劳寿命评估结果非常重要。对上述因素的识别,可为工程实践中平衡平台安全性和经济性提供参考。On the basis of ensuring structural safety, scientific and reasonable excavation of the fatigue strength potential of a platform is of great significance to prolong its service life and improve the economic benefits of offshore oil and gas fields. Through an actual offshore platform case, this study analyzed in depth the key factors influencing the fatigue life of offshore platforms. The results show that the fatigue damage of the structure is often caused by several main contributing waves with periods close to the peak period of the response spectrum. Optimizing the platform azimuth can improve the fatigue life. Increasing the size of local members may not improve the joint fatigue strength. The selection of the wave spectrum and the S-N curve is crucial to the fatigue life results. The identification of these factors provides an important reference for the consideration of platform safety and economy in engineering practice.
