- 为解决传统油气田人工依赖度高、安全风险大、能效优化难等问题,苏里格气田从建设伊始即将数字化作为核心战略,历经数字化攻关试验、规模化建设应用、智能化探索发展三大阶段,融合物联网、人工智能和数字孪生等智能化技术,构建起覆盖“井—站—厂—网”全链条的智能化生产运行体系。梳理了气井智能生产、集气站无人值守、处理厂智慧运行及管网智能监控等智能化技术应用成果,以期为油气田数字化转型提供可复制、可推广的技术范式。
To address the problems of high human dependency, significant safety risks, and difficult energy efficiency optimization in traditional oil and gas fields, Sulige Gas Field has taken digitalization as its core strategy since its inception. It has gone through three major stages: digitalization research and development, large-scale construction and application, and intelligent exploration and development. By integrating the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and digital twin technologies, it has established an intelligent production and operation system covering the entire chain from wells to stations, plants, and pipeline networks. This paper summarized the application achievements of intelligent technologies such as intelligent gas well production, unmanned operation of gas gathering stations, intelligent operation of processing plants, and intelligent monitoring of pipeline networks, providing replicable and scalable technical models for the digital transformation of oil and gas fields.
