大型导管架测量普遍采用传统全站仪方法,存在测量周期较长、项目管理难度大的局限性。无人机摄影测量技术凭借其高效率优势正在逐步取代传统方法。针对大型导管架结构复杂导致的航线规划要求高的问题,设计了一种融合导管架结构特征、无人机飞行特性与摄影测量要求的航线规划方案。建立目标优化函数,通过最小化函数值以优化视点位置和相机方向:首先,在导管架表面预设距离处创建初始视点;然后,同步优化视点位置和相机方向获得最优的航线。现场实验表明,该方案生成的三维模型质量显著提升,验证了其在工程实践中的高效性与实用性。
Measurement using large jackets typically employs the conventional total station methods, which have limitations such as extended measurement periods and difficult project management. UAV photogrammetry is gradually replacing traditional methods due to its high efficiency. In view of the high requirements for flight route planning caused by the complex structures of the large jackets, this paper designs a flight route planning scheme that integrates structural characteristics, UAV flight characteristics, and photogrammetric requirements. Meanwhile, an objective optimization function is established to optimize viewpoint locations and camera directions by minimizing the function's value. Firstly, the initial viewpoints at a preset distance from the jacket surface are created, and then the viewpoint direction and position are synchronously optimized to obtain the optimal route. Field experiments demonstrate that the quality of the 3D model generated by the proposed scheme is significantly improved, verifying its efficiency and practicality in engineering practice.
