成本居高不下是制约装配式钢结构建筑发展的关键因素。系统分析其成本构成和影响因素,并提出有效的成本控制策略,对促进装配式钢结构建筑在我国的推广应用,以及推动建筑行业的可持续发展具有重要作用。深入剖析了装配式钢结构建筑全生命周期成本构成,明确其涵盖建设成本、运营维护成本和废弃处置成本三大模块。通过构建基于BIM-熵权TOPSIS成本控制模型,对不同成本控制方案进行了客观评价和排序,为成本控制决策提供了科学依据。结合实际工程案例分析,该模型在装配式钢结构建筑项目中实施成本控制,取得了显著成效。
The constant high cost is an important factor restricting the development of prefabricated steel structure buildings. Systematically analyzing the cost composition and influencing factors, and proposing effective cost control strategies play an important role in promoting the popularization and application of prefabricated steel structure buildings in China and driving the sustainable development of the construction industry. This paper deeply analyzes the life cycle cost composition of prefabricated steel structure buildings, clarifying that the construction costs, operation and maintenance costs, and waste disposal costs are included. By building a cost control model based on the BIM-entropy weight TOPSIS model, objective evaluation and ranking are carried out on different cost control schemes, providing a scientific basis for cost control decisions. Based on the practical case analysis, this model has yielded remarkable results in the cost control of a prefabricated steel structure building project.
