基于HYSYS联动模拟的油气集输处理工艺整体优化

NW FWKO站和K CPF站是中国石油在中亚某国建设的预脱水站和原油处理站,两站通过一条输气管线相连。在生产运行期间,NW FWKO站存在进站压力偏高、脱水能耗大、破乳剂用量高、处理后原油含气量高而导致计量偏差大,以及外输油泵因汽蚀而频繁停机等难题;K CPF站则存在二级分离器出口低压气无法进入下游系统而被迫放空、储罐进油饱和蒸气压超标造成挥发损耗大及环境污染等问题。首先利用HYSYS软件的Oil Manager功能模块,将三个油田的实测原油物性数据转换为拟组分;再利用PIPESYS插件对油气集输处理过程进行联动模拟,显著提高了计算精度与可靠性,基于模拟结果对油气集输处理进行整体优化,有效降低了生产能耗和运行成本,实现提质增效。
The NW FWKO and K CPF stations are a free water knockout station and a crude oil processing station deployed by PetroChina in a Central Asian country. The two stations are connected by a gas transmission pipeline. During production and operation, the NW FWKO station faces challenges such as high inlet pressure, high energy consumption for dehydration, high dosage of demulsifier, large metering deviation due to high gas content in processed crude oil, and frequent shutdowns of external oil pumps due to cavitation. The K CPF station encounters issues, such as low-pressure gas at the outlet of the secondary separator being unable to enter the downstream system and being forced to be vented, excessive saturated vapor pressure in the storage tank causing high evaporation loss, and environmental pollution. By utilizing the Oil Manager function module of HYSYS software, the measured physical property data of crude oil from three oil fields were converted into pseudo-components. Through its PIPESYS plugin, a linked simulation of the oil and gas gathering and transportation process was conducted, significantly improving calculation accuracy and reliability. This has achieved overall process optimization of oil and gas gathering and transportation, effectively reducing production energy consumption and operating costs and enhancing quality and efficiency.
