液化天然气是我国天然气进口和储备的重要方式,其通常由接收站气化系统气化后管输至下游用户。为保障气化系统及接收站的安全运行,气化系统需设置安全阀以实现超压泄放。依据相关规范提出了单台与双台安全阀两种配置方案,完成了安全阀及其进出口管道的设计、安装布置方案和泄放安全分析,可为液化天然气气化系统安全阀的设计选型提供参考。全生命周期费用测算结果表明,单台、双台安全阀配置方案的费用分别为50.90万元、58.96万元,后者较前者高出15.74%。若现场安装空间允许,推荐采用更为经济的单台先导式安全阀配置方案。
Liquefied natural gas has become one of the important ways of natural gas import and storage in China, and it generally needs to be gasified through the vaporizer in the LNG terminal and then transported to downstream users through the pipeline. In order to ensure the safe operation of the vaporizer and the terminal, the vaporizer needs to be equipped with an overpressure relief device, namely relief valve. The schemes of single and double relief valves were put forward according to the requirements of relevant specifications, and the design and installation layout plans for the relief valves and their inlet and outlet pipelines under each scheme, as well as the safety release analysis, were completed. These provide a reference for the selection of relief valve types for the vaporizers of LNG. The full life cycle cost calculation shows that the costs for single and double relief valve configurations are 509 000 yuan and 589 600 yuan, respectively. The latter is 15.74% higher. If the on-site installation space permits, it is recommended to adopt the more economical single pilot relief valve.
