山区地形油气管道阴极保护系统设计和施工时,阳极地床的选址和施工质量控制至关重要。如果阳极地床选址不当可造成保护范围达不到设计预期,施工质量控制不佳将导致阳极地床在运行过程中接地电阻增大,引起恒电位仪输出电压超限等问题。以四川叙永县某山区油田集输管道为例,探讨山区深井阳极选址影响因素,经计算确定选址方案,并分析深井阳极施工质量控制点及有效措施。该案例对类似项目的设计和施工具有借鉴意义,有助于提高阴极保护系统建设水平。
When designing and constructing cathodic protection systems for oil and gas pipelines in mountainous terrain, the site selection and construction quality control of anode beds are crucial. If the site selection of anode beds is inappropriate, the protection range may not meet the design expectations. Poor construction quality control will increase the grounding resistance of the anode bed during operation, causing problems such as the output voltage of the constant potential meter exceeding the limit. This paper took a gathering and transportation pipeline in a mountainous oilfield in Xuyong County, Sichuan Province, as an example to explore the factors affecting the site selection of deep well anodes in mountainous areas, determine the site selection scheme through calculation, and analyze the quality control points and effective measures for deep well anode construction. This study provides a reference for the design and construction of similar projects and improves the construction level of cathodic protection systems.
