天然气中硫化氢(H2S)的腐蚀作用会对金属管道和设备的安全运行带来威胁,细微的产品质量缺陷和工程建设质量瑕疵都有可能导致严重的安全事故。有针对性地提出了从工程建设项目前期、工程实施到验收移交,覆盖项目全过程的质量管理目标和措施,分析并明确了包含设计、施工、验收、运行等各个环节的质量控制关键点和推荐做法,对含硫化氢天然气管道工程总体质量的控制和提升有重要指导意义。
The corrosion caused by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in natural gas threatens the safe operation of metal pipelines and equipment. Even minor product quality defects or construction flaws may lead to serious safety incidents. The targeted quality management objectives and measures covering the whole process of the project were proposed, including preliminary planning, project implementation and final handover and acceptance. Critical quality control points and standardized methodologies for all phases were analyzed and specified, including design, construction, acceptance testing, and operation. Significant guidance was provided for controlling and enhancing the overall quality in hydrogen sulfide-containing natural gas pipeline engineering.
