- 船型浮式生产装置(FPU)在海上石油开发过程中被广泛应用,可实现海上石油和天然气的开采和处理。FPU油气处理工艺系统需适应恶劣天气、船舶晃动等海上环境,总体布置的合理性将直接关系到FPU的总体性能,因此生产工艺流程设计、总体布置及油气处理设备布置至关重要。在国外某海域凝析油气田开发中,取得了具有可借鉴意义的成果,总结了FPU总体设计、生产工艺流程制定、总体布置及工艺系统设备布置等方面的设计经验,该工艺流程及设备布置设计适应性强,综合考虑了工艺系统稳定、工艺流程顺畅、生产操作安全、空间预留等多方面因素,能满足油气田全生命周期开发的需要,为FPU的工艺流程及设备布置设计提供了参考依据。
Ship-shaped floating production units (FPU) are widely used in offshore oil development, enabling offshore oil and gas extraction and processing. The oil and gas processing system on FPUs needs to adapt to bad weather conditions, ship shaking, and other offshore environmental factors. The overall layout is directly related to the overall performance of the FPU. Therefore, the design of the production process flow, overall layout, and oil and gas processing equipment layout are crucial. In the development of a condensate oil and gas field in a foreign sea area, valuable and instructive results have been achieved. In this paper, the design experience regarding the overall design of the FPU, production process flow design, overall layout, and equipment layout of the process system was summarized. The process flow design and equipment layout exhibited strong adaptability, with comprehensive consideration of factors including process system stability, smooth process flow, production operational safety, and reserved space, thereby meeting the requirements throughout the entire life cycle of the oil and gas field development. This provides a reference for the design of the FPU process flow and equipment layout.
