- 在分析常温压力存储液化烃的覆土式储罐结构形式特点的基础上,研究了覆土式储罐的基础和沙床、储罐制造、无损检测、液压试验、防腐涂敷及阴极保护、覆土层施工等建造及施工技术,对覆土式储罐的整体建造、分段制造及现场组焊、分片制造及现场组焊三种不同的建造及施工方法进行了探讨,对比和分析了三种建造及施工方法的优缺点和适用性,对研究覆土式储罐的建造及施工技术有借鉴意义。
Based on the analyses of structure characteristics of mounded vessels for pressurized storage of liquefied hydrocarbons at ambient temperature, the construction techniques of tank foundation and sand bed, tank manufacturing, nondestructive testing, hydraulic test, corrosion protection coating and cathodic protection, mound construction, etc. of mounded vessels have been researched in this paper. Three different kinds of construction methods including the integral manufacturing, the subsection manufacturing and on-site assembly, the piecewise manufacturing and on-site assembly welding have been mainly discussed, and the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of these three construction methods have been compared and analyzed, which is helpful to study the construction techniques of mounded vessels.
