- 对于石方地段不同期建设的近距离并行管道,后建管道采用爆破方式开挖管沟引起的爆破附加应力会造成已建并行管道环焊缝缺欠的进一步增长,增加已建管道环焊缝断裂失效的风险,威胁管道整体安全。为了评价漠大二线爆破施工对已建漠大线环焊缝缺欠的影响,基于爆破条件下埋地管道轴向载荷和应力分析理论,采用双重环焊缝缺欠评估法,进行已建管道环焊缝基于断裂力学的适用性评价,确定了漠大二线爆破施工对漠大线环焊缝的16处安全威胁。研究表明:双重环焊缝缺欠评估法能够有效评价近距离爆破开挖管沟对已建管道环焊缝缺欠的影响,为环焊缝缺欠维修提出指导性意见,为新建管道爆破施工提供安全保障。
In terms of parallel pipelines built in different period in rocky regions with small clearance, as the excavation blasting for post construction pipeline may cause future growth of girth weld defects of the existing pipeline due to additional stress. The risk of girth weld failure of the existing pipeline may increase, which is a threat to the pipeline safety. In order to assess the impact of blasting excavation of China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline Project Second Line on girth weld defects of existing Russia-China Crude Oil Pipeline Project, dual assessment method of girth weld defects was applied based on the fitness-for-service theory, and 16 unsafe welds were identified. The study indicates that dual assessment method of girth weld defects can effectively evaluate the safety condition of existing girth weld defects under the impact of blasting excavation of parallel pipeline with small clearance. Therefore, it provides guidance on the maintenance of girth weld defects of the existing pipeline, and ensures the safe construction of the new parallel pipeline.
