摘要:: 在激烈的市场竞争中,管道投产运行企业科学和谐的发展,离不开企业的思想政治水平的提升,企业的党建工作显得尤为重要而如何围绕企业生产任务开展基层党建工作,正确面对和处理各种新情况、新问题,化解各种矛盾,稳定队伍思想和情绪,确保各项重点工作的顺利实施和推进,保持基层党组织的战斗力、向心力和凝聚力,是需要认真面对和破解的长期而艰巨的课题。
In the fierce market competition,promotion of ideological and political level is indispensable for scientific and harmonious development of pipeline commissioning and operation enterprises. So the party construction of enterprise is particularly important. It is the arduous and long-term subjects to be faced and solved to carry out grass-roots party building around the enterprise production task, deal with a variety of new problems in combination with practical situation of grass-roots, resolve contradiction and calm the thoughts and emotions of the team, ensure the smoothly executing major tasks, maintain the combat effectiveness, centripetal force and cohesion of the grass-root party organizations.
