- 文章介绍了国内管道运行企业员工队伍的现状,以及为适应新时期行业发展的要求和竞争日益激烈的市场环境,管道运行企业在加强队伍管理方面应采取的措施,包括企业文化建设、完善规章制度、人才培养机制、发挥薪酬激励作用等方面的措施,以达到提升管道运行企业整体竞争力的目的。
The present situation of staff in domestic pipeline enterprise is introduced in the article. There are many measures that pipeline enterprises should he adopted in strengthening team management due to the requirements of industry development in the new period and increasingly fierce market competition environment.
