- 文章针对QC小组活动在企业中普及率较低的情况提出了建议,主要从政策引导扶植、加大宣传力度、建立健全奖励机制、注重QC知识培训、注重质量小事、领导带头参与等方面,对影响QC活动的因素进行逐一剖析,制订对策,达到提高QC活动普及率的目的。
The proposals aiming at the situation of lower popularization rate of QC group activities terprises are put forward in this paper. The influential factors affecting QC group activities are analyzed pests of policy guidance and support, strengthening propaganda, establishing and completing incentive mechanism, paying more attention to QC knowledge training and minor quality issues, enhancing leaders'partrmpation in activities.
