- 文章从QC小组现场活动的实际出发,分析了QC小组与现场管理的内在联系,以及QC小组活动在企业现场管理中发挥的作用,例如:能够创造更大经济效益和社会效益;提高员工素质,改善现场管理水平;改善员工关系,增强现场团队协作精神;促进现场管理PDCA循环,保障ISO 19001-2008体系的有效运行最后阐明了QC小组活动在企业现场管理中的重要性。
This article interprets the role of QC team in field management and the relationship between QC team and field management on the basis of various QC activities. The functions of QC team include to ereate greater economic and social benefits, improve employee quality and raise field management level,deepen employee relations and strengthen the team cooperation spirit, promote PDCA circulation of field management and safeguard efficient running of ISO 19001-2008 system.
