摘要:: 苏丹BK原油管道是我国石油企业在海外投资管理运行的原油管道,其恶劣的自然环境、战争等因素对于输油管道以及员工的人身安全具有重大影响,必须因地制宜,综合考虑各种安全因素,结合管道运行环境和条件,运用安全分析方法,制订有效的安全措施一文章从管道安全、场站安全、人员安全、HSE管理制度四个角度分析了各种安全因素,提出了合理的应对措施,以达到管道安全、员工安全的目的。
The BK isothermal crude oil pipeline in Sudan is an overseas investment and management pipeline for CPP. The crude oil pipeline safety and staff security are mostly affected by harsh environment and wars in overseas special circumstance. Therefore, the integrated safety of pipeline and staff must be considered according to local conditions and the effective safety measures should be worked out by using safety analysis method. This paper analyzes safety factors and establishes suitable responses from pipeline security, terminal security, personnel security and HSE management system to protect safety of pipeline and staff.
