- 风险评估是输气站安全管理的有效手段,通过对设备、管道的风险识别、风险归类,并利用科学的评估标准对所有风险因素进行风险大小排序,制订出合理的风险削减措施,达到合理防范的目的。提高输气站场员工的风险识别能力是消除安全隐患的最根本、最有效的方法。
Natural gas pipeline risk assessment is an effective method for pipeline safety management. Sorting risk factors with scientific evaluation standard and developing reasonable risk reduction measureslused based on the risk identification and classification of equipment and pipelines can achieve reasonable precautions.
