安全管理中“以人为本”的重要性

摘要:: “安全第一、预防为主”是企业安全管理工作始终如一的方针,“以人为本”是做好安全管理工作的前提和根本。文章讲述了诸多企业当前的安全生产管理现状,以及“以人为本”在安全管理中的重要性,并提出在领导决策、制度制订、员工培训、人才引进、企业安全文化等方面都应贯彻“以人为本”的理念,以更好地指导安全管理工作。
"Give priority to prevention, put safety first" is the consistent policy of our enterprise safety work. Human-oriented is the fundamental prerequisite for doing safety management work. This article tells the current situation of safety production management in many enterprises and the importance of human-oriented in safety management. It puts forward that the human-oriented should be carried out in leadership decision, system making, employee training, talent introduction and enterprise security culture in order to guide safety management.
