科学发展观指引下的HSE管理体系创新

摘要:: 文章讲述了在科学发展观指引下,把科学发展观思想与HSE管理体系相结合的管理方法,包括:人本管理促进管理创新、科学发展提升管理水平、实施可持续发展战略、创新实行品牌战略联盟,使科学发展观思想贯彻落实到工作中。中国石油天然气管道局管道投产运行公司在科学发展观指引下的HSE管理创新,体现了企业在新阶段管理水平的提升。
Combining the scientific development idea and the HSE management system under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development is described in this paper. It includes management innovation prgmated by human-oriented management, management level promotion with scientific development, implementation of sustainable development strategy and brand strategy alliance, that make the idea of Scientific Outlook on Development be implemented throughout the work. The application of this management method in Cgmmissioning and Operation Company of CPP raises the management level in neiv stage of the enterprise develgpment.
