摘要:: 通过对所参与过试运投产项目的总结,分析了在其运作过程中的经验和教训,针对目前国内公司运作国际项目的管理现状,试图找出试运投产技术服务项目的一般规律,以便为将来的试运投产项目运作提供参考和指导。
The experience and lessons from the commissioning and operation startup projects that the authorn has taken part in are analyzed in this paper. The common rules of technical services of the commissioning and operation startup projects are sought based on the current management situation of Chinese company operating international projects, to provide reference for related commissioning and operation startup projects in the future.
