摘要:: 油气管道建设新项目都需要以招投标的形式开展和介入,而投标书恰恰是业主衡量投产试运承包商水平的关键性因素。文章主要讲述参与投产试运投标的主要形式、投标书的编制技巧和策略性方法以及编制过程中应注意的问题。
New projects begin from bidding. As a key factor, bidding proposal offers a direct way to judge the ability of contractor. The level of the bidding proposal reflects the company's comprehensive capability and quality. This paper describes the main form of the pipeline commissioning bidding, the skills and strategic approach of bidding proposal compilation, and matters needing attention in compiling.
