关于管道投运公司商业运作模式的分析与思考

摘要:: 企业经营的重要指标是获得利润,采用合适的项目商业运作模式是实现企业经营预期目标的重要举措。商业运作模式是由项目特点决定的,每个项目都有其各自的模式。文章讲述了新形势下管道投运项目采用的商业运作模式,即以目标需求主导市场、加强专业化服务,输出项目管理团队,实现合作共赢;此外,还对此种模式下的创新实践提出了具体建议。
Profit is an important index for enterprise. Proper commercial operation pattern is important to achieve business targets. Commercial operation patterns are decided by characteristics of projects and each project has its own operation pattern. This paper discusses commercial operation pattern under the new situation of project, which is dominating the market according to target needs, strengthening professional service, sending project management team, achieving win-win cooperation. In addition, some concrete suggestions about innovative practice in this pattern are proposed.
