- 文章分析了柴油机组在恶劣条件下在线率低的问题,指出了导致柴油机离线的各种因素,并结合现场情况,提出了切实可行的解决方案,消除了自然及人为因素对柴油机组造成的影响,使柴油机在线率由82,30%提高到94,15%,完全满足了现场生产要求,也为今后同类泵站的运行与维护提供了借鉴经验。
In this paper, the low online rate of diesel engine unit in bad condition has been analyzed. The offline reason and the solution are proposed based on the site situation. Results show that the impacts of natural and artificial factors on engine unit have been eliminated and the online rate of diesel increased from 82.3% to 94.15%, which completely satinfying the requirements of field production.
