阿布扎比项目储罐管理系统装船跳泵问题研究

摘要:: 针对阿布扎比项目TMS系统测试中经常出现跳泵的问题,详细分析其原因,如现场传感器和控制阀存在问题、泵的过滤器堵塞和管道的压力与泵的性能曲线不匹配等,制订了相应的验证分析方法和解决方案,从而解决了跳泵问题。
In view of the frequent trip of ship loading pump in the test, all trip reasons have been analyzed based on the system of SCADA and TMS in the ABU Dhabi project. It includes the problems about field instruments and control valves, block of strainer, mismatch of characteristic curve about pipeline pressure and pump performance. Corresponding validation methods and solutions have been put forward, which solves the pump trip issue.
