- 阿布扎比原油管道末站装船泵共有3组,每组由4台单级离心泵组成。当末站进行大流量装船作业时,根据装船泵的设计排量,需要有3台装船泵同时运转。由于管道及原油储罐内残渣易堵塞装船泵过滤器,会造成装船泵过滤器上下游压差超过高报值(0,05 MPa)。当一台装船泵的过滤器达到高报值并跳车后,在很短的时间内会引起第二台运转中的装船泵跳车,而此时作为备用泵的第四台装船泵还没有启动,这种情况严重影响了装船作业的效率一为此,针对该现象进行分析,并根据分析结果提出了解决方案。
There are three groups of SLPs (Ship Loading Pumps)in MOT (Main Oil Terminal).Each group is composed of four SLPs. According to the designed capacity of the SLPs, at least three SLPs run at the same time as loading the ship with a large flow rate. The strainers of SLPs are often blocked by residue from crude oil tank or pipeline. When it happens, the pressure deferential between the upstream and down stream of strainer will reach the high pressure alarm(0.05 MPa).The high pressure will trip the first pump, and then the second one will trip in very short time. But the fourth pump(the standby one)won't start at that time.
