- 文章从全新角度探讨了液体在管道中流动通过节流孔板时,由于节流压差或流量不同可能产生的空化、气蚀现象,对其进行了量化分级,并以试验数据和试验结果为基础,提出了简单易行、适用性强、便于在设计计算和工程实践中推广应用的节流孔板计算方法,这一算法在阿布扎比原油管道进油投产过程中得到充分验证。
This paper,from different views,introduces different cavitation phenomena due to the different pressure and flux when fluid flows through orifice plate in pipeline,which are quantified at different magnitudes.
