降压解堵法在消除天然气管道冰堵中的应用

摘要:: 针对山西某输气管道在投产初期发生冰堵而影响正常运行的情况,根据管道自身低输量运行特点,合理调整整个管网运行工况,通过采取分段降低管道运行压力的方式,减少天然气放空量,避免产生其他不必要的费用,最终达到缓解和消除冰堵的目的。
Abnormal operation occurs at the initial production period due to ice plugging in a gas pipeline in Shanxi. The reasonable operation adjustments of whole pipeline network should be performed based on the pipeline operation feature of low throughput. The method of reducing operation pressure of pipeline sections is used to decrease gas discharging and avoid other unnecessary expenses, thus the ice plugging problem is mitigated or eliminated.
