- 针对山西某输气管道在投产初期发生冰堵而影响正常运行的情况,根据管道自身低输量运行特点,合理调整整个管网运行工况,通过采取分段降低管道运行压力的方式,减少天然气放空量,避免产生其他不必要的费用,最终达到缓解和消除冰堵的目的。
Abnormal operation occurs at the initial production period due to ice plugging in a gas pipeline in Shanxi. The reasonable operation adjustments of whole pipeline network should be performed based on the pipeline operation feature of low throughput.
