- 为实现对离心式压缩机的优化运行,减少机组用电,降低运行成本,需要开展压缩机优化运行分析工作。文章介绍了在满足机组安全运行的前提下,采用机组调整的方式,最大限度实现了节能减排、提高经济效益的目的,同时延长了机组使用寿命,减少了机组停机,延长了维护周期。
The optimization work of compressor unit has been carried out in order optimize operation of the centrifugal compressor unit and decrease electricity consumption and operation cost. The method adjusting the compressor unit is adopted under the prerequisite of safe operation, which achieves the maximum energy saving and emission reduction.
